Let’s be honest. Deciding on receiving counseling can be intimidating. Here is what you can expect when you visit for a therapeutic service.

Terminating Therapy

Once we have observable proof of your goals being met, we can begin the conversation of completing your time in therapy. If at any point you feel as if I am not providing you the best service, let me know and I can provide you with some referrals to other mental health professionals. If at any point I feel as if I am not the best therapist for you and I know of another mental health professional who can better help you, I will inform you quickly. My goal is to make sure that your needs are taken care of so that you can receive the great quality care you need.
